Timothy E. Clements practices in the areas of real estate law, business law, corporate securities law and general corporate law. In connection with his practice, Mr. Clements represents individuals, private entities and public companies, including homebuilders, developers, investors, land owners, business owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers and others in a wide variety of matters, including various types of contract negotiations, real property transactions, commercial transactions, lease transactions, loan transactions, entity formations, mergers, acquisitions and securities offerings.

Mr. Clements sits on the Board of Directors of Scottsdale Training & Rehabilitation Services (STARS), the Executive Council of the Real Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the Public Policy Advisory Council for the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Clements is also an active member of the Scottsdale Bar Association.

Mr. Clements is admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and the District Court of Arizona.

Mr. Clements received his legal education from Arizona State University, where was awarded the degree of Juris Doctor in the College of Law. Mr. Clements received his undergraduate education from Santa Clara University, where he was awarded the degree of Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

Mr. Clements was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he now resides with his wife Donna, son Carter and daughter Morgan.
