Matthew B. Levine

MATTHEW B. LEVINE practices and represents lenders, individuals, developers and other private and public entities in the areas of commercial and real estate transactions, intellectual property, corporate law, general business formation representation and land use and zoning law. He is a frequent lecturer on topics related to real estate and business law. Mr. Levine is a past Chair of the real Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona and a past member of the Executive Council of the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Levine has been named one of the top 1000 people to know in Commercial Real Estate.
Mr. Levine received his legal education at Arizona State University where he earned his Juris Doctorate cum laude in 1996. He served as an Articles Editor on the Jurimetrics Law Journal, was named a
Pedrick Scholar and received an American Jurisprudence award from the Lawyers Cooperative Publishing Company. He actively participated in moot court activities and tried cases for the Law School Clinic. After law school, Mr. Levine served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable William F. Garbarino on the Arizona Court of Appeals.
In 1993, Mr. Levine graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science. He was the President of Sigma Alpha Mu. While at the University of Arizona, Mr. Levine interned for United States Senator John McCain and was selected for membership in numerous honor societies.
Mr. Levine was born in Plainview, New York and was raised in Coral Springs, Florida and Marietta, Georgia. He now resides in Scottsdale with his wife Lisa and their sons, Ethan, Gabriel and Noah.
