We represent not-for-profit entities in their formation and operations. Among other things, we have:

• Formed not-for-profit corporations and foundations, such as churches, public and private foundations, civic clubs and organizations, youth sports clubs and others
• Assisted organizations in obtaining their qualifications with the Internal Revenue Service under Section 501(c)(3) and other parts of the Internal Revenue Code
• Assisted churches and other not-for-profit organizations in raising capital under appropriate exemptions under securities laws
• Assisted organizations in transfers of control, property transfers, leases and operations
